TRADITIONAL FINNISH SAUNA EVENING
We have a special treat in store for sauna fans. Sauna session as in countries with an advanced sauna culture – wearing a sauna towel, without swimwear.
We welcome our guests with a fresh fruit platter, after which the sauna session can start, the traditional way: without swimwear, wrapped in a towel. Every Wednesday and Friday, sauna ceremonies are enriched with night bathing at the indoor spa.

INFRARED SAUNA
In contrast to other saunas, in an infrared sauna cabin the temperature is more pleasant, as instead of electric/wood stoves the space is heated by infrared waves. Its effects, however, are by no means inferior to the traditional Finnish sauna. It detoxes, embellishes the skin, and strengthens the immune system, and at the same time, it can also be enjoyed by those who cannot tolerate a hot Finnish sauna.
STEAM BATH
Steam baths have a relaxing and revitalising effect and are also good for our health. They are most effective at 43-46 °C, with at least 80-100% relative humidity.
Steam baths are excellent for treating respiratory illnesses - sore throat, cough, cold - and can also alleviate rheumatic pains.
TEPIDARIUM
The tepidarium, which already in Roman times was known for its positive physiological and psychological effects, has once again become a key feature of wellness centres. We gently heat the wall, benches and beds, which in turn warm the air to approximately body temperature, 37-38 °C.
The body absorbs the same amount of heat as it dissipates, which strengthens the immune system without burdening the circulatory system.
SALT ROOM
It has been known for centuries that the climate of natural salt caves and salty sea air have a healing effect on the human body, particularly for various respiratory, skin, and joint problems.
Salt therapy boosts the cleansing of the body. Due to the well-known dissolving effect of salt, the inhaled salt crystals help the airways clean themselves.
It provides real relief to people suffering from allergies, asthma, or other respiratory diseases.
